The problem
What was at stake.
The Cathedral served a thousand-year tradition through a fragmented stack: a stale website, a broken livestream embed, and three separate scheduling tools. Younger parishioners were drifting.
How we walked it through.
- 01
Designed a SwiftUI app with daily readings, livestream, Live Activities for upcoming masses, and Apple Pay tithing.
- 02
Rebuilt the parish web hub on Next.js 16 with sacramental scheduling, a homily archive, and member directories.
- 03
Created a homily-to-social pipeline: each Sunday's sermon becomes a week of devotionals, reels, and posts.
- 04
Trained the communications team in three half-day sessions and shipped runbooks.
Measured against the mission.

The most professional studio we've ever worked with — and the most patient with our theology. Rare combination.
